(Nashville, Tenn.) July 23, 2008 – Third Day is gearing up for the July 29, 2008 street date of its 10th studio record, Revelation. Already, the band is slated to perform its No. 1 radio single “Call My Name” on NBC’s Tonight Show with Jay Leno, on Tuesday, July 29, and has graced the cover of the June 7 edition of Billboard Magazine. This week Third Day will perform on Atlanta’s highly rated FOX morning show, Good Day Atlanta (7/24/08), and is interviewing for features with the New York Post, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and The Dallas Morning News. (The New York Post will run on Sunday, July 28 while the latter two will run July 29.)
In addition, Third Day will be taking over SIRIUS Satellite’s Spirit Chanel beginning July 27 for three full days. Members of the band will give SIRIUS listeners an exclusive sneak peek of the new studio album Revelation and on Tuesday, July 29 (Revelation’s street date and the “third day” of the promotion) Third Day will preview a new song from the record every hour, sharing personal stories behind each song.
